Investors are also assisted every step of the way, with the Post-Sales and Client Care teams ensuring that all clients are supported throughout the entirety of their investment journey. The Client Care team assist in securing mortgage brokers and solicitors once investors have completed their sale. After the sale is complete, the Post-Sales team provide clients with regular updates on the construction of the development they are investing in. They also arrange site visits for clients who want to see the progress of their investment property for themselves.
Once the development is fully completed, we work with lettings management companies to provide clients with hands-free ownership once tenants have moved into their property. This allows them to collect passive income over time without taking on the bulk of landlord responsibilities.
