I was looking for a holiday to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and was told by my parents to go to the local Thomas Cook holiday store on our high street. I did what they advised as to be honest I do not have that much experience on booking holidays as I have never done it before.
As soon as I walked into the store I was overwhelmed by the amount of choice on offer and was having a really hard time choosing what I wanted even though I knew the destination I wanted to go to. At this point one of the ladies who was working in the store came over and asked me if I would like some help to which I of course said yes please. We sat down and went through various holidays and offers until I had decided which one I wanted and then we proceeded to book it.
After about another 30 minutes I was all done and booked and it cost me so much less than I was willing to spend which was great as it boosted up our spending money quite considerably. The holiday itself was one of the best experiences of my life and my boyfriend had the best birthday and was very very happy.
All in all I am extremely glad I took my parents advice and went with Thomas Cook and will definitely be using them again.

I have just returned from the best holiday I could ever have gone on and I am so happy that we had the chance to have a holiday like this after the past couple of years we`ve had. The hotel was absolutely marvellous and was very modern and clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The food in the hotel was out of this world and so were all the activities and services that the hotel offered.
I wont go on too much as i`m sure you can tell i`ve had the best time ever and will highly recommend Thomas Cook to whoever is looking for great service as the staff do everything they can to help you enjoy your break times.
Had a great holiday in Greece thanks to Thomas Cook and we will definitely be going back to them next year for our holidays. The hotel we were put in was one of the best I have ever stayed at in over twenty years and it was such a pleasurable experience.
The price was very competitive compared to other holiday companies even though they offered such a high quality service. I would highly recommend Thomas Cook to all those wanting a really high quality holiday for a very reasonable price.

I have used Thomas Cook for my family holidays for the past five years and each and every time they have delivered exactly what we wished for in every way. The first time we used them we visited Greece, the second time I think was Portugal as well as another six locations which I will not bore you with by listing.
The hotels we have been accommodated in have always been very clean and tidy and had friendly staff that really did make us feel at home throughout our holiday. I think we had one hotel we stayed at where the food was not up to scratch but apart from that we have always had the best time that we possibly could have had.
As Thomas Cook are so good we will continue to use them as long as they maintain the high level of service they have always provided us with and we would most definitely recommend them over the other companies that we have used before we found them.

Thomas Cook has by far the best holiday i have ever been on in my life! Me and my two children booked a holiday for Mallorca and i have never been so satisfied with a holiday in my life.
The hotel was gorgeous, accomodated really well for the children, there was two single beds and one double bed in one lovely spacious room. There was a kitchen also in the room as well as a gorgeous detailed bathroom. We were on the fourth floor, with a balcanoy which over looked the beach which was lovely to wake up too.
We were really well looked after by all the staff and everyone in the hotel. There were water slides outside in the pool, which was really good for the kids, i really enjoyed them too! Food and drinks were all at a reasonable price which was perfect as i had my two children with me. I couldn’t rate Thomas Cook enough, best holiday of my life! Really satisfied, everything
i wanted from a holiday and more! 10/10!
