Daals - avoid at all costs

Spent over £5000 on extensive set. When opened and set up, the fabric was seriously creased with most cushions affected.

Took pics and videos and referred back to Daals. Several stalling emails later we were offered £70 to keep the item. Obviously I refused, expecting they would offer to replace the cushion covers. They’ve now come back and said it was over the 14 days we should have notified them by so they won’t do anything. They’ve suggested we buy a steamer to try and sort it out…..and that’s it ! Would avoid at all costs

I would rate Oak and More a huge 5 Stars for their amazing customer service.

We had some issues with our oak dining table, which were related to the delivery company and the way they handled the package. The team at Oak & More acted swiftly and sent out a replacement part within 9 days. A great service from people who care about the customer.

Quite a rare attribute in retail in 2026!!!

Poor quality furniture.

We purchased our marble table & chairs from this company. We have six chairs & three of them we cannot use as the frame have failed & cracked on the join of the frame. We contacted Lee the manager from the company at the beginning of this year in February, he had offered us £200, not long after we had the same issue with another of the set of chairs & couple of months there after another chair of the set & had the same issue. We are a family of three & barely use all the chairs only on special occasions when there are more of us.

We believe that we should have had more usage of the chairs baring in mind the cost of the table & chairs were over £ 2000.

We would not recommend this company!
