We spent quite a lot of money with this company. Including buying the Jardin aluminium corner sofa. We bought the matching cover, however the cover is not the right shape so comes off very quickly. You physically can’t secure the atraps around the legs as the base of the furniture is low to the ground and the legs are set in to give it that low profile look. We would have been really happy with the sofa but now it’s not protected and they refuse to acknowledge the issue. Sending me a video of how to put the cover on with different furniture that has talk legs. They have been completely ridiculous about it. What’s more – the cover has UV stained really quickly. We also had a number of other issues with items like the water parasol base having a hole in and not enough anti slip cushions sent but these were eventually fixed. Whilst they do respond to emails they have failed to sort this and now we have a ridiculous cover that has to have loads of things on it to try and keep some of it in place. For the risk of an issue similar to ours – I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

Spent over £5000 on extensive set. When opened and set up, the fabric was seriously creased with most cushions affected.

Took pics and videos and referred back to Daals. Several stalling emails later we were offered £70 to keep the item. Obviously I refused, expecting they would offer to replace the cushion covers. They’ve now come back and said it was over the 14 days we should have notified them by so they won’t do anything. They’ve suggested we buy a steamer to try and sort it out…..and that’s it ! Would avoid at all costs

We had some issues with our oak dining table, which were related to the delivery company and the way they handled the package. The team at Oak & More acted swiftly and sent out a replacement part within 9 days. A great service from people who care about the customer.
